1. What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies allow a site to store or retrieve information in a browser/device. Some are required for operation and security; others may be used for analytics, personalisation or advertising.
2. What IntentReach currently uses
The site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are visited and overall traffic volume. GA4 sets first-party cookies (e.g. _ga, _ga_*) in your browser. According to Google, for visitors from the EU individual IP addresses are not logged or stored — the IP is used briefly to derive an approximate location (e.g. country) and is then discarded. Google Analytics only activates after you choose "Accept" in the consent banner; if you choose "Reject" or make no choice, data collection stays off. The site also uses localStorage with the key ir_consent to remember your choice.
3. Technical infrastructure
Hosting/CDN and security systems may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms to deliver and protect the website. IntentReach does not use those mechanisms as marketing tracking technologies.
4. Consent and Google Consent Mode
Google Analytics is governed by Google Consent Mode v2. By default, the analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization signals are set to "denied" until you choose "Accept". If you choose "Reject", these signals remain denied and Google Analytics does not collect data about your visit. If we later add further optional technologies, we will update this policy and the consent mechanism.
5. Managing and changing your choice
You can change your choice at any time by deleting the site's locally stored data (localStorage) in your browser settings — the consent banner will show again so you can make a new choice. Deleting this data does not affect the strictly necessary storage the site itself needs to function.
